Condair is a Mechanical Services company owned by my brother Daniel and myself.
With the exception of working abroad in the industry, both Daniel and myself have been working for Condair for 24 and 26 years respectively.
We have an awesome team. We can take on any project and deliver it to a high standard, and you will have a happy customer. Our direct employees are 60 strong, including Design Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, Managers, HR and H&S Manger, installers and technicians, some of whom have been here for 10-15 years. Our Head Office is in Hamilton serving the Waikato and South Auckland areas, and the Bay of Plenty area is served by our Tauranga Office. We specialise in the complete package of commercial and industrial climate solutions, both installation and servicing. Our team of staff do the whole package, projects from $10,000 to $10 million. We are dedicated to Condair being the most professional and preferred HVAC provider in the Central North Island.

Recently I wanted to clarify the values for our company.
I recently put down on paper what we wanted our company values to be, not only to convey to our staff how we want to conduct ourselves, but also so others could hold us accountable to where we are not meeting the mark.
They are not “cool” values, they have no catchy slogan, they are just raw values to remind us how we are to do business.

Our service vehicles are GPS Monitored, meaning Condair can ensure the closest available Service Technician attend your breakdown to get your site back up and running as quickly as possible.
Preventive maintenance is a schedule of planned maintenance actions aimed at the prevention of breakdowns and failures. Preventive maintenance activities include equipment checks, partial or complete overhauls at specified periods, oil changes, lubrication etc.

With our very own registered in-house Independent Qualified Person (IQP), Condair is equipped to provide annual Certification affirming that the inspection,
maintenance, and reporting procedures of your buildings air conditioning and ventilation systems have been fully complied with.

Staff have successfully completed their Site Safe Foundation Passport in Building Construction and are suitably trained in the areas of their expertise, such as; heights, elevated work platforms, refrigerant handling, first and and electrical competency.
